Wildwood Sports Day – May 20, 2017
Are you looking for a meaningful Southeast Texas Volunteer Opportunity?
Today, SETX Church Guide is excited to highlight a great event for special needs children and adults – Don Allen Wildwood Sports Day.
If you’re not familiar with Wildwood, it’s a small lake community on Highway 69 between Kountze and Warren, North of Lumberton.
Many people know the community for the Wildwood Golf Course which hosts a number of charity golf tournaments each year. .
Each year Wildwood Resort City plans a huge event for special needs children and adults.
The goal is to provide a day of fun and events include:
- Paintball
- Kayaking
- Lunch
- Jet Ski Rides
- Hay Rides
- Golf
- Hand Bikes
- Pony Rides
- Fishing
- Boat Tours of Lake Kimball
Registration will begin at 8am and the fun activities run from 9a-4p.
This event is FREE for area special needs children, adults, and their families.

Bring them out for this great event – special needs children and adults will come from across SETX and even Southwest Louisiana to enjoy a day of fun.
