2017 VBS Calendar for the Golden Triangle
June 3 (Single Day) – Camp Out: Getting S’more of Jesus at First UMC Nederland

Your child will enjoy a light breakfast at 9:30a, then their Mid County VBS experience will kick off at 10a.
This year’s theme for FUMC Nederland’s VBS is “S’more of Jesus.”
Hot dog and s’mores lunch will be served at 12:30p followed by a 2nd session of First United Methosdist Nederland VBS from 1pm until 3:30p.
This Southeast Texas VBS session is offered to the children of Mid County free of charge, courtesy of the First United Methodist Church of Nederland congregation.
June 5-9 – Rome Vacation Bible School Experience at St.Paul United Methodist Church of Bridge City TX

Your child will experience the opportunity of visiting ancient Rome and meeting the Apostle Paul in his prison cell. At this Bridge City Vacation Bible School, children will be transported to ancient times where they meet early Christians hiding in a cave, visit a Roman marketplace, race chariots and more.
This four-day VBS for Bridge City TX explores Paul and the Underground Church where kids learn God’s love is a gift. His love changes us, is always with us, is the key to salvation, and is worth sharing.
