It takes a small army of actors to bring this great Southeast Texas Easter Passion Play to life.
The 2015 Last Days of Christ Beaumont is a moving reenactment of the events that brought our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to the cross and the resurrection.
Often it can be difficult to fully engage with the printed word. Southeast Texas passion plays have a simple but noble aim – to bring the story of Jesus’ sacrifice to life.
These SETX Easter events are particularly effective in getting children beyond the jellybeans and Easter egg aspects of the weekend.
The 2015 Last Days of Christ Beaumont is one of the largest Southeast Texas Easter Events.
There are Roman soldiers, townsmen, supporters of Jesus, opponents of Jesus, and more all in period costume and in character.
Each year, the event is constructed in the large field next to Legacy Christian School
The Last Days of Christ Beaumont is designed as a continuous live interactive walk through, so you don’t have to arrive at a set time. You can even come before or after another Southeast Texas Easter event.
