Are you planning a Southeast Texas See You at the Pole event?

We want your event to be a big success.

Right now, many Southeast Texas students are planning their Southeast Texas See You at the Pole events.

For those new to See You at the Pole, the event is organized by students across Southeast Texas, the nation, and the globe.

The event has been gaining momentum for serveral years. Most Southeast Texas communities have multiple See You at the Pole events.

Each student group plans their own event, but at Southeast Texas See You at the Pole events you will typically experience:

Prayer
Pledge
Praise
Student fellowship

It is common for adults to attend Southeast Texas See You at the Pole events to show solidarity with the community’s students.

Local events have been held at many Southeast Texas schools, at parks in Beaumont, Port Arthur, Silsbee, and Wildwood, at government buildings- anywhere that students have access to a flag.

Southeast Texas See You at the Pole events were organized by students of public schools, private schools, home schoolers, and at the Lamar campuses.

We’d love to help promote the Southeast Texas 2013 See You at the Pole events.

Southeast Texas Churches can support students by organizing “Saw You at the Pole” events. These are typically held Wednesday evenings (this year Wednesday September 24th) after the students’ See You at the Pole events. Some churches have their Saw You at the Pole events on Sundays.

Your Southeast Texas Church’s Saw You at the Pole event can be:

Fellowship Meal
Presentation by students who organized and participated in See You at the Pole events
Slide show of Southeast Texas See You at the Pole events
Patriotic presentation recognizing participating students as future leaders (or current leaders!) in our Southeast Texas churches and communities
