Do you homeschool in Southeast Texas? Are you considering homeschooling? Do you even know what homeschooling is?
With a booming interest in homeschooling in The Golden Triangle, we feel this opportunity will provide local SETX homeschooling families access to businesses that service at home learning, support groups, and co-ops.
We are gathering resources from all over SETX in one place.
The SETX Homeschool Expo is a community event for all homeschoolers, future homeschoolers, and even those interested in researching more about what homeschooling is. We are privileged to live in a country that allows citizens to choose education for their own families. We are a community of those who have taken education into our homes and have shouldered the responsibility for our family’s academics, in addition to the traditional roles of parenting. You are welcome to bring grandparents, children, and extended family members for support in your homeschooling journey.
There will be exhibits by local businesses, co-ops, and support groups that you can meet and talk to about their products and services that are specific to Southeast Texas homeschooling. In addition, we will offer workshops by local SETX professionals in education as well as a FREE Swag Bag of informational materials to help you get your hands on what you need in your homeschooling adventure.
