There is a strong following for Southern Gospel among Southeast Texas Christians.
Few bands in any genre have the longevity and popularity of the Gaither Vocal Band. Few major bans have played for Southeast Texas Christians as frequently.
The Gaither Vocal Band’s music has long been played in Southeast Texas churches, living rooms, and automobiles. 
The Gaither Vocal Band has released 27 albums (not including compilations), at least 19 of which have charted. The Gaither Vocal Band has also released 10 DVDs, which feature many other Christian artists as well. The Gaither Vocal Band has been honored with 2 Grammy Awards and 16 Dove Awards.
Southeast Texas Christians have been blessed to have the Gaither Band perform live in Southeast Texas a number of times. They will be back in Beaumont’s Ford Park on July 26th.
This is one of the events that really does sell out at Ford Park, so get your tickets early.
