Southeast Texas Christians have a long tradition of enjoying church Christmas plays in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
They give us a chance to be entertained and to focus our spirits on the real meaning of Christmas.

Crestwood Baptist Church sits between Lumberton and Kountze on Highway 69. Crestwood Baptist is a big church with a big sanctuary, a big congregation, and a big parking lot.
The congregation of Crestwood also has a big heart for serving the Lord.
Their rendition of “Four Tickets to Christmas” is sure to be a hit.
The play is set in 1905 and follows a touring jmusical family. When they can’t get a gig for Christmas, they head to their grandparents farm in Northern Ohio. The downtime forces the family to deal with longstanding conflicts that have been on the backburner. Over the course of this great Christmas play, they truly learn the importance of following God’s unique direction for their lives. The play blends classic carols with some new songs that will lend a “turn of the century” flavor to the play.
The play “Four Tickets to Christmas” is a dramatic musical lovingly offered by the music and drama ministry of Lumberton’s Crestwood Baptist Church to the Southeast Texas Christian Community.
